Our exciting judging process.
We brought together a highly experienced panel of judges made up of food technologists, chefs, culinary research and development managers and end users such as pub chains. Over two days of judging, our industry experts tasted, touched and savoured over 90 different products and scored the eclectic mix on a range of criteria: appearance, aroma, flavour, texture, value for money and innovation.
Each entry was precisely prepared by Food Innovation Solutions developmental chefs; who also judged the entries on ease and speed of prep.
