Over two days of judging our industry experts taste, touch and savour your products. The products are prepared by Food Innovation Solutions developmental chefs in a professional kitchen following the portion guidance and recommended prep, serving suggestions and cooking times shown on the packet. Entries are also judged on ease and speed of prep by FIS developmental chefs.
The judges mark against a strict criteria that takes into consideration innovation, quality, constancy, taste and texture.
